There are four ways to pay. Conversations cost $2 each. Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000, and a standard action uses 20 credits, about $0.10. Per-user add-ons start at $125 a month. The newer Help Agent is sold per resolution, reported by CIO.com at $2 with a minimum pre-purchase of 1,000 resolutions; we did not find those two numbers on a Salesforce page.

What you are billed for

It depends on the model you buy. A conversation is billed regardless of outcome. Flex Credits are consumed per action the agent takes. Help Agent bills per autonomous resolution. We could not retrieve Salesforce's official definition of a billable conversation, so get it in writing.
